This site brings the huge RaceArt racing photo archive of Michael Schäfer and other photographers online to your home PC.

This site is from racing enthusiasts for racing enthusiasts. Our main intention is that you have fun browsing through our galleries.

It will take us some time to digitize the whole bunch of slides in our archive since 1982. So please stay patient... Our priority are the most recent events. Our equipment is now fully digital, which allows us to upload a selection of photos from an event within a few days or even on the same day of the event.

All images are grouped by their racing category, e.g. Formula 1 or Historic Racing, on top level, and by the respective event where they have been taken on the second level. They are available online in a resolution of 750x500 pixels, which is a reasonable compromise between quality and file size / loading time.
